Along with Seattle's Brat City, Tucson Derby Brats are the world's first youth league devoted to training and competing in Flat Track Roller Derby. We work with kids 9-17 years old to train them in the fast and exciting sport of roller derby. Girls and boys are taught skating skills, speed, endurance, rules, and sportsmanship. (Boys are invited to become referees.)
No skating experience is needed to join, and we have extra gear for anyone wanting to try it out. Be sure to have the proper paper-work filled out before you can skate with us.
If you join us, expect to get fit, make friends, have fun, and be one of the few kids in the world who can say "I skate derby!".
